US MEXICAN BORDER SERVICE & PA MEXICAN BORDER MEDAL

I bought part of a large US Medal Collection and this small group was included in it. This Mexican Border Service medal number 13694 and Pennsylvania Mexican Border Service medal numbered 6083 are directly traceable to Sgt. Nathan Berry. The Pa. state medal is recorded on a state card and the US MBS medal is listed in the Planchet Press MBS medal records. Berry also served in WWI with the 28th Division in the 108th Field Artillery and his WWI victory medal is missing. According to the records he is entitled to the following Clasps, Oise-Aisne / Ypres-Ly / Meuse-Argone / Defensive Sector this is verified by his application for Victory Medal also enclosed. This is a neat group verified to the individual all the research work has been done on this set of medals. Condition very good +++
