RED CROSS ARMBAND FOR SERVICE IN RUSSIA

I have had this armband longer than I care to remember over 40+ years. I originally bought it with a pile of German material from a vet neighbor. I presume its German as everything else was. I have shown it to many armband collectors and no one has seen anything like it. So exactly what it is I do not know. Condition good
