GERMAN MARINE BINOCULARS x ZEISS

This is a neat combination of a WWI production Carl Zeiss, Marineglas in a WWII Bakelite case. This set was brought home by a US Soldier. The glasses are marked Carl Zeiss Juna on one side and marineglas 506310 6X. The exterior original paint would rate in the high 90%. The artificial black leather wrap is complete. The eye shades are complete the individual focusing of each lens works. The glass is clear no fogging or gray areas.The right hand lens has the horizontal grid markings. Again the glasses are clear with no problems. There also is a attached rain cover for the lens. The Bakelite carrying case is the normal black red finish. The front draw catch is complete with the leather pull strap. There is a small circular stamp on the bottom of the case but I cannot read it. The two leather? straps for mounting on the belt are separated by the rear hinge. One strap has a Waffen amp if you look real close I think its neat having the old binoculars with the new WWII case.
