ITALIAN BRONZE SIDE VIEW OF ACHILLES STARACE BLACKSHIRT LEADER

This Bronze Bust of Achille Starace he was a high ranking member of the the Italian Fascist party. He led troops against the Ethiopia Army and was awarded a pile of medals including the Grand Cross of the German Eagle Order. Starace was captured by Italian Partisans after the war had ended while jogging He was executed by a firing squad and was hung up with Mussolini. There are piles of information on the internet about him. It interesting reading. The Bronze bust is 6.5” high and 5” wide and is mounted on a cheap paper back material. Condition very good++
