EARLY WARNOCK UNIFORM INSIGNIA

This six piece of insignia was produced by The Warnock Uniform Co. 19&21 West 31st St. NY, NY. I honestly do not have any idea if the Insignia is for a local militia, marching group of for Federal Service. The quality of the bullion work is far superior than most that I have seen. The background cloth used is quality black wool. They incorporated both silver and brass wire thread to to highlight what appears to be rank and a Naval insignia. One of the items appears to be two letters on a gold wire background, once more I do not know what the letters are and presume it’s someone’s Initials. The address is early in their business location in New York City.
