SECOND LIEUTENANT, MILITARY INTELLIGENCE APPOINTMENT DOCUMENT

I normally do not buy the presidential rank documents but found this one different from any other i have seen being to a Military Intelligence officer dated January 25th 1940. I did some preliminary research on the internet and found that 2nd Lt. Perry Joseph Walsh served thru WWI and attained the rank of Major in the Army Intelligence Corps..
