WWI USMC PHOTO & GOOD CONDUCT MEDAL

This USMC photograph and GCM were purchased together and I have no idea who he is. I noted a letter D under the Eagle globe & anchor. I believe at one time I had listed this GCM with two other GCM for sale. I had just recently found my note on the photo and GCM number that had been missing for some time and reunited the two items. Note the photo has a strange finish like someone tried to clean it at one time. Forgot to list the GCM rim number. No.70339 Condition good ++
