US SIDE CAP PURSE

I haven’t had one of these purses in quite a while, I just wonder who thought about doing this way back then. I have to admit I have forgotten what the rust color border piping stands for. I do remember the patch is for a training center. This purse has a very well made plastic zipper with an attached pull ring. I tried it and it works just fine. Condition very good +++
