WWII SOLID BRONZE SUBMARINE MODEL

This one is one of the best sub models I have seen and again it’s one the sub tender machinist would make to sell to the sub sailors. The sub is 9 ½” long and 1 ¾” high. The sub is mounted on an early piece of laminated material showing it as it would be sailing half submerged on the surface. This one has grace and was professionally made. The front gun turns and there is a periscope on the top of the cunning tower. Also at one time this sub must have had radio antennas on it as the front and rear deck has raised and drilled portions to put the wire on and the cunning tower has side rods that are grooved to take the wire. Must have looked great I was always going to do it but always forgot to. Condition great ++
