Unfortunately this is just the front cover page that includes his stapled photo on the inside of the cover. Seems the officials were quite lax as they only stamped his photo and signature four times. There is also a copy photo of him in his navy uniform . The reverse has what appears his name date of service and even a sticker with his complete address. It seems to be one of the typical request for a signed photo of the individual in his war time uniform. It does look like whoever requested the signed photo received an great extra. Condition used good++
