WEST GERMAN PARATROOPER SMOCK

First off this in not a reproduction of a WWII paratrooper smock, but a west German smock I had looked up this early camo pattern and forgot what they called it. This is a large smock I wear a size 38 and it way to big for me. With out having a WWII smock to cross reference it it appears a complete copy of the original to me. It has the same slash pockets at the shoulders the same pockets down on the legs, the only difference is that the zippers are a modern day civilian style with leather tabs. The back side has the flare gun pocket and what seems different to me is the sides are with a bellows area to allow for more room and has a strap and button to hold it. There is also a reinforced strap on the wearers left side? The inside has the same look at the original with reinforced sleeve attachment to the body and armpit vents. The draw strap, pocket material and rayon backing for the flare gun all look great. Someone took the mfg tag of the back of the tunic under the collar. Oh yes the bottom of the smock snap together for the legs. Condition new old stock
