First I have to say that I was shocked that the book we have all read was first published in 1959. This is a first edition without the dust jacket. Looking thru the book it appears to be the same as my newer book in my library. Just something different.

This Finish Order of Liberty Cross 4th Class has seen better days. The medal was awarded in 1941 for the war with Russia. The medal is complete but being made of steel and stored in a basement for years the medal has rust all over it.
