STAG HANDLE POLICE DRESS BAYONET w/ FROG

This Police Dress Bayonet is just a nice complete set that included the dress bayonet, stag grips bright blade and a great named brown frog. This bayonet was made x ALCOSO A C SOLINGEN that is etched into the reverse of the blade. The pommel,back-strap and cross guard are one casting with the nickel steel look. The birds head Pommel is slotted for mounting on a rifle with the push button actively working, the grips are stag horn that have a great look to them. The blade is chrome plated, with a blood grove and false upper leading edge. The brown buffer leather washer is present. The blade is super clean with no nicks or rust. The black scabbard shows some use, the paint has the spider webbing in the paint. The brown frog is also in great shape with the four rivet construction. Between the reverse side of the rivets the following is stamped Po 1937 and under the date it is stamped 97. The factory name is stamped on the lower portion reading Hansromer 1937 NEU-ULM.
