JAPANESE MILITARY SAKE CUPS

This group of Sake Cups was purchased about three years ago from a fellow collector. He did not know what they stood for and neither do I. So I bought a book about them hoping to learn what I had, and after looking the book over I know as little as before. Six out of the seven have Japanese Flags painted on them some are double flags. There is one large one with what I believe is a Red Cross emblem with no Flag. The second one is a small Sake cup for the Navy with just an anchor on the bottom of the cup with writing around the exterior rim. Their are impressive but as I do not know what they represent, they will be sold at my cost. If there is anything great there, it doesn't matter. Condition very good ++++
