This pair of Campaign Medals were issued to Pvt. Samuel H. Cornew of the Bty. D Ca Volunteer Heavy Artillery. Both medals are confirmed to him by the Gleim medal rolls. The Philippine Congressional Medal is numbered No 5926 was issued on Feb. 14, 1923. The Mexican Service Medal is numbered 11371 was issued to Sgt. Samuel H. Cornew. Both medals have a full wrap broach and the medals have that great chocolate brown finish. Condition very good +++
