NAVY DAGGER x EICKHORN

Another one out of the collection is a real looker with the creamy brown handle and with the original portopee. Descriptions: the pommel and cross guard are made of cast aluminum, with some gold finish loss on the top of the eagle wings from rubbing on the uniform when worn. The handle is unusual not the normal white or yellow finish it’s just a creamy yellow finish with the proper wire warp. The original portopee has been here forever and is in very good condition. The blade is the typical Navy scene with the early original Eickhorn trade mark. The blade has some slight rust starting on the edge of the blade but still retains all the nice gray finish from the acid etching. The scabbard is the engraved style the usual dents to the lower portion. The brass scabbard only retains small portions of the lacquer finish around the cross guards. Condition very good DISPLAY
