U.S. ARMY M3 SNIPER SCOPE AND CASE

The M3 Infrared Sniper Scope is the improved Version of the M1unit from WWII. This unit seems to be complete except for the Battery Pack carrying case.The wires are rather stiff and I still usable. I have never tried to operate it as the 20,000 volts required to power it kinds of scares me. What you need to go with this is a M1 carbine with the special mounting bar that is anchored in the rear site cut out and front portion is mounted to the barrel thru the top hand guard. What is included is the M3 Infrared Sniper Scope, the Cable, the front Vertical Hand Grip with the and on off Switch, the Transformer Pack, the Infrared projector, the original Carrying Case, Reprints of the instructions, a original sales receipt for the unit purchased in 1975 (hard to believe they still had them in stock) from the Edmund Scientific Co. Inside the box are 1ea Image Tub, and 3ea Bulbs. From the box to the scope every thing is in great shape no dings, or paint loss just looks ready to go with the proper power supply.
