BOOK THE TANK CORPS X WILLIAM ELLIS 1919

This book published in Great Britian after the war and is a cmelete history of the development of the modern Tank and its use on the battlefield. This is a very interesting book one that I am still reading discribing the push back against the use of the new fighting vehicle and the early miss use of the tank. It seems that it was introduced in the fall in time for the rainy weather and was suspatable to mud and shell holes. Something it seems took to long for the high command to understand. I have just gotten to the point in the book where they are coming around to the proper use of the tank. The book is also signed by a Capt. H. R. Asker ? Condition very good
