Early SA by SMF
I seem to associate SMF more with Luftwaffe blades then anything else. Over the years I have only had one or two Sa's by this maker, I can't lay my hands on my McSarr right now but from memory I think Mike rates these more in the scarce range. This is a solid example, I do like the grip a lot, it is a reddish/ brown color with traces of black in with it. Overall it is pretty nice but does show minor signs of age and wear as most do. The blade is decent but does have minor graying, not bad but not perfect either. The scabbard has a pretty nice anodized finish, again, not perfect and does have some age and wear but better then most. The ball is a bit crushed, someone probably dropped it.
